ESR has provided non-destructive examination (NDE) services and technology for over 30 years, and that expertise has been captured within the AXSYS®.Integrity product. AXSYS®.Integrity is a Risk-Based Inspection tool that establishes strategies for maximizing plant safety, allows plant owners to assess the CAPEX/OPEX profile, and allows owners to follow "what if" questions. All of this is done within a fully managed environment that maintains historical data and so maintains an audit trail for decision making. AXSYS®.Integrity consists of intelligently linked databases and technical codes connected in a manner to allow the best possible use of plant data. It is linked to a process simulator to provide key attributes not otherwise widely available and data integration between design, process information and inspection functions (as well as links between existing databases and electronic data formats). AXSYS®.Integrity is fully consistent with API 580 guidelines for quantitative analysis; it employs predictive models that have been proven effective in use by specialists for many years that can be optimized to the specific inspection schedules within a plant as part of an overall asset management program.
