The GUXTD12 is a universal tight buffered optical fiber cable designed for both indoor and outdoor applications. It features a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) outer jacket, which provides flame retardant properties and minimizes smoke emissions in case of fire. The cable contains 12 multimode OM3 fibers, making it suitable for high-speed data transmission in structured wiring systems, including industrial, telecom, and broadcast networks. This cable is constructed with glass yarns for added strength and improved rodent protection. It is rated Euroclass Dca for fire safety and is compliant with various international standards, including IEC 60794 and ISO/IEC 11801-1. The cable has a maximum attenuation of 2.9 dB/km at 850 nm and 0.9 dB/km at 1300 nm, ensuring efficient signal transmission. The GUXTD12 is water-tight and features a minimum bend radius of 188 mm for installation and 94 mm for long-term operation. It can withstand a maximum tensile strength of 2200 N during installation and 730 N during operation.
