The GUXTCI06 is a universal tight buffered optical fiber cable designed for both indoor and outdoor applications. It features six single-mode fibers compliant with G.657.B3 standards and is equipped with glass yarns for enhanced strength and improved rodent protection. The cable is constructed with a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) outer jacket, which provides flame retardant properties and minimizes smoke emission in case of fire. This cable is suitable for structured wiring systems, including industrial and telecom networks, and supports various computer network applications such as FDDI, Gigabit Ethernet, and ATM. It is not intended for blown installation. The cable has a minimum bend radius of 146 mm for installation and 73 mm for long-term operation, with a maximum tensile strength of 1600 N during installation and 530 N during operation. It is water-tight and features water-blocking glass yarns. The operating temperature range is from -30 ¬8C to +55 ¬8C, making it versatile for different environmental conditions. The cable meets several international standards, including IEC 60332 for flammability and is compliant with the CPR Euroclass Cca rating.
