The GUIN802 is a Universal Optical Fiber Central Loose Tube cable designed for both indoor and outdoor applications. It features a jelly-filled tube construction with a diameter of 3.3mm, containing two single-mode fibers compliant with ITU-T standards G.652.D and G.657.A1. The cable is reinforced with glass yarns for strength and includes a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) inner jacket, providing flame retardant properties. For enhanced protection, the cable is armored with steel wire, offering full rodent protection, and is also equipped with a polyamide layer for termite resistance. It is suitable for various structured wiring systems, including industrial, telecom, and broadcast networks, and can be installed in ducts, tunnels, trenches, or directly buried. The cable has a maximum attenuation of 0.39 dB/km at 1310 nm and 0.24 dB/km at 1550 nm, with a temperature operating range of -30 ¬8C to +70 ¬8C. It meets several international standards, including IEC and ISO/IEC compliance, and is REACH and RoHS compliant.
