The GMTTC02 is an Outdoor Tactical tight buffered optical fiber cable featuring a core bonded design and a Polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket. It contains 2 fibers of multimode OM5 type, suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. This cable is designed for repeated de-spooling and re-spooling, making it ideal for mobile setups. It supports various computer network applications, including FDDI, Gigabit Ethernet, and ATM. The cable has a minimum bend radius of 43.2 mm for installation and 21.6 mm for long-term operation. It can withstand a maximum tensile strength of 1500 N during installation and 500 N during operation. The cable is water-tight, utilizing waterblocking aramid yarns, and has a bulk weight of 27 kg/km. The operating temperature range is from -70 ¬8C to +85 ¬8C, with an installation temperature range of -5 ¬8C to +50 ¬8C. Optical characteristics include a maximum attenuation of 0.9 dB/km at 1300 nm and 2.9 dB/km at 850 nm. The cable is compliant with various standards, including IEC 60794 and RoHS 2, and offers UV/sunlight protection. It is important to note that this cable is not recommended for direct burial.
