The GMMT206 is an Outdoor Tactical tight buffered distribution cable featuring a Polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket and designed for both indoor and outdoor applications. It contains 6 fibers of multimode OM2 type, suitable for various computer network applications including FDDI, Gigabit Ethernet, and ATM. The cable is constructed to be mobile, allowing for repeated de-spooling and re-spooling, but is not recommended for direct burial. The cable has a minimum bend radius of 50.4 mm for short-term installation and 25.2 mm for long-term operation. It can withstand a maximum tensile strength of 400 N during installation and has a crush resistance of 5 kN/m for short-term and 3 kN/m for long-term use. The operating temperature range is from -55 ¬8C to +85 ¬8C, with installation temperatures between -15 ¬8C and +50 ¬8C. The cable is water-tight and features waterblocking glass yarns, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions.
