The GIPSEC2 is an indoor semi-tight buffered patchcord featuring a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) outer jacket with a diameter of 2.0mm. It is designed for short distance applications and is suitable for flexible terminating leads such as pigtails, patchcords, and test leads. This patchcord supports various computer network applications, including FDDI, Gigabit Ethernet, and ATM. The patchcord consists of two OM4 fibers, with a buffer diameter of 0.9mm. It has a maximum attenuation of 2.9 dB/km at 850 nm and 0.9 dB/km at 1300 nm. The cable is water-tight and has a minimum bend radius of 60 mm for long-term operation. It can withstand a maximum tensile strength of 450 N during installation and 150 N during long-term operation. Operating temperature ranges from -40 ¬8C to +70 ¬8C, while installation temperatures can be between -15 ¬8C and +50 ¬8C. The product complies with various standards, including IEC 60332-1-2 for flammability and is REACH compliant. It is available in multiple colors, with orange as the standard color.
