The GCPH824 is a Universal Optical Fiber Multi Loose Tube cable designed for both indoor and outdoor applications. It features a dry core construction with six tubes, each measuring 1.9mm in diameter, containing a total of 24 single-mode fibers compliant with G.652.D and G.657.A1 standards. The cable is reinforced with glass yarns for strength and includes a corrugated steel tape inner armor for full rodent protection. The outer armor is made of steel wire, providing additional rodent protection, while the inner and outer jackets are constructed from Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) materials, ensuring compliance with IEC 60331-25 for circuit integrity. This cable is suitable for structured wiring systems in industrial, telecom, and broadcast networks, and is designed for easy installation in various environments such as ducts and tunnels. Optical performance includes a maximum attenuation of 0.39 dB/km at 1310 nm and 0.24 dB/km at 1550 nm.
