The GCLI864 is a Universal Optical Fiber Multi Loose Tube cable designed for both indoor and outdoor applications. It features a dry core construction with eight tubes, each measuring 1.9mm in diameter, containing a total of 64 single-mode fibers compliant with ITU-T standards G.652.D and G.657.A1. The cable incorporates aramid yarns for strength, a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) inner jacket, and a polyamide layer for termite protection. Additionally, it is armored with Corrugated Steel Tape, providing full rodent protection. This cable is suitable for structured wiring systems in various environments, including industrial, telecom, cable TV, and broadcast networks. It is designed for easy installation in ducts, tunnels, and tubes. The optical characteristics include a maximum attenuation of 0.39 dB/km at 1310 nm and 0.24 dB/km at 1550 nm. The cable can withstand a temperature range of -30 ¬8C to +70 ¬8C for operation and -5 ¬8C to +50 ¬8C for installation. It meets several international standards, including IEC and ISO/IEC compliance, and is UV resistant.
