The GCGHC72 is a Universal Optical Fiber Multi Loose Tube cable designed for both indoor and outdoor applications. It features a dry core construction with six tubes, each measuring 1.9mm in diameter, containing a total of 72 multimode OM5 fibers arranged in a 6t x 12f configuration. The cable is reinforced with glass yarns for rodent protection and includes a polyamide layer for termite protection. The inner and outer jackets are made from Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) material, enhancing safety by minimizing smoke and toxic gas emissions in case of fire. The cable is water-tight and water-blocking, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. With a maximum attenuation of 0.9 dB/km at 1300 nm and 2.9 dB/km at 850 nm, it meets the requirements for structured wiring systems in industrial, telecom, and broadcast networks. The cable can withstand a minimum bend radius of 290 mm during installation and has a tensile strength of up to 6000 N for short-term applications. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -30 ¬8C to +70 ¬8C. This product complies with several international standards, including IEC and ISO/IEC specifications, and is suitable for installation in ducts, tunnels, and tubes.
