The GCCHC812 is a Universal Optical Fiber Multi Loose Tube cable designed for both indoor and outdoor applications. It features a dry core construction with glass yarns as strength members and is protected by a Corrugated Steel Tape armor, providing enhanced rodent protection. The cable consists of six tubes, each with a diameter of 1.9mm, containing a total of 12 single-mode fibers compliant with ITU-T standards G.652.D and G.657.A1, rated as CPR Euroclass Cca. This cable is suitable for structured data wiring systems, including industrial, telecom, cable TV, and broadcast networks. It can be installed in various environments such as ducts, tunnels, trenches, and is also suitable for direct burial. The cable has a low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) outer jacket, which minimizes smoke and toxic gas emissions in case of fire. Optical performance includes a maximum attenuation of 0.39 dB/km at 1310 nm and 0.24 dB/km at 1550 nm.
