The GBAJI20 is an outdoor optical fiber cable designed for various structured wiring applications, featuring a multi loose tube construction with 12 tubes, each measuring 1.9mm in diameter. It contains a total of 120 single-mode fibers compliant with G.657.B3 standards, organized as 10 tubes with 12 fibers each. The cable is constructed with aramid yarns for strength and a polyethylene outer jacket, ensuring durability and protection against environmental factors. This cable is suitable for outdoor installations in industrial, telecom, cable TV, and broadcast networks. It can be easily installed in ducts, tunnels, and trenches, and is rated for direct burial. The cable's water-tight design includes waterblocking aramid yarns and tape, enhancing its reliability in wet conditions. Optical performance is characterized by a maximum attenuation of 0.30 dB/km at both 1550 nm and 1625 nm wavelengths. The cable can withstand a minimum bend radius of 254 mm during installation and 191 mm during operation, with a maximum tensile strength of 2850 N for short-term installation and 950 N for long-term operation. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -30 ¬8C to +70 ¬8C and complies with relevant standards, including IEC 60794 and RoHS directives.
