The 10GX F/UTP CMP Patch Cords from Belden Inc. are designed for use in IBDN Shielded System 10GX applications, compliant with TIA Category 6A and ISO Class EA standards. Each cord consists of four pairs and has an overall nominal diameter of 0.295 inches. The wiring scheme supports T568A/B configurations and the cords are individually packaged in clear plastic bags. The connectors feature a translucent Lexan boot and bare copper conductors, with front connection blades made of phosphor bronze plated with 50 microinches of gold over nickel. The inner and outer jackets are made of PVC, while the insulation is polyolefin. The cords have a dielectric strength of 1,000 V RMS and a current rating of 1.5 A, with a minimum insulation resistance of 500 M-Ohm.
