HS8741-21 is a SOI CMOS MMIC single pole four throw(SP4T) high power switch in a low cost miniature 1.1 x 1.1 x0.54 mm LGA package. The HS8741-21 is ideally suited forapplications where high linearity, low insertion loss, and smallsize are required. Typical applications are for handsetsystems that connect separate transmit and receive functionsto a common antenna, as well as other related handset andgeneral purpose applications. HS8741-21 can be used in allsystems operating up to 3.0 GHz requiring high power at lowcontrol voltage.
