The Connection Technology ECT is a connection system for EKL medium and EKL premium for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Depending on the design, the ECT connection technology may be used to connect a cold lead or to connect two heating cables. Butt connectors, which ensure a reliable and permanent connection, are used for the electrical connection of the heating wire and the protective braid. Using pre-assembled cold leads and our connection technology, complete heating circuits can be constructed quickly and flexibly.
