Our broad experience with metal stamping enables us to offer special spring washers at low cost. Slotted, curved, dished, wave, star, finger and disc spring washers are available in many materials and sizes.
Wave spring washers are especially useful to apply moderate thrust loads when radial space is limited. The number of waves can be equal to 3 or more and is usually selected on the basis of desired spring rate.
How to Specify:
A blueprint or sketch is the best way to specify your custom wave washer. Consultation with Associated Spring engineers early in the design stage will often result in considerable cost savings.
