The FA-0805SB2-S is a fixed shock absorber designed for use in pneumatic and hydraulic applications. It has a maximum drag capacity of 588 kgf and operates effectively within an impact rate range of 0.3 to 1 m/s. The product supports a maximum cycle rate of 45 cycles per minute and functions optimally within an operating temperature range of -5 to 70 degrees Celsius. This shock absorber has an absorption energy capacity of 22.5 J/min and a maximum absorption energy of 0.68 J. The extension force is rated at 4.9 N or lower, and it can accommodate a maximum equivalent mass of 5 kg. The product requires careful installation, including the use of an external stopper and ensuring sufficient mounting strength, which should be 2 to 3 times the maximum drag. It is not suitable for use in vacuum conditions or where it may come into contact with oil, and it should not be subjected to eccentric loads exceeding ±2.5 degrees. Additional accessories, such as an eccentric angle adaptor, are available to enhance functionality, allowing for adjustments in eccentric angles up to ±10 degrees.
