The PTL110S-FF100T-QP150 is a networked Pick-to-Light device designed for industrial applications. It features customizable pick-to-light logic with the capability of displaying up to 14 colors, enhancing visual indication in various settings. The device includes a translucent face that appears gray when off, minimizing the risk of false indications. It is equipped with a 3-digit, 14-segment LED display and offers both photoelectric and touch sensing options. The device operates on a voltage range of 10 V DC to 30 V DC with a maximum power draw of 1.35 Watts. Communication is facilitated through RS-485 Modbus, utilizing PICK-IQ® technology for improved response times. The PTL110S has an IP54 environmental rating, making it suitable for a range of operating conditions, including temperatures from -40 °C to +50 °C and up to 90% relative humidity. The housing is constructed from ABS, while the indicator is made of polycarbonate and the lens from acrylic. The device requires overcurrent protection and is compatible with M12 connectors for easy installation.
