ASTM International Standard Practice for Developing Axle Count Adjustment Factors ASTM E2467-05(2018)

1.1 This standard practice describes techniques for adjusting observed or assumed axle counts so that they will represent corresponding estimated vehicle counts as part of roadway traffic monitoring. 1.2 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use.
