Even though we have established a reputation as a leading pioneer within the Mutilation Prevention field we still design and manufacture many uncovered special tools. We continue to provide specials for powertrain plants that are not concerned with expensive paint or fabric surfaces. Our universal extensions are available in many different lengths to fit your requirements as are our one-piece nutsetters. We have wobble sockets in standard square drives for difficult to get to fasteners that don't require a full universal socket. Thread die holders with female square drives and female hex drive to male square drive adapters are also available. Our engineers were challenged to provide the special clamping fixture for ultrahigh pressure nitrogen fittings for a company in our industrial park. We are not restricted to assembly tools in our quest for solutions.
"NO-MAR", non-mutilation or mutilation prevention tools prevent or reduce damage to bare or coated product surfaces during assembly or inspection. Mutilation prevention tools have the added benefit of reducing tool operator injuries such as finger severing, cuts or mutilations.
