The PSS20S73F6 is a 600V, 20A insulated three-phase DC/AC inverter module with integrated drive, protection, and control functions for low-power motor control applications. It features N-side IGBTs with open emitter, built-in bootstrap diodes with a 16-24 Ω current-limiting resistor, and fault signaling for short-circuit and under-voltage protection. The device is housed in a transfer-molding package with a module case dimension that puts the thermal measurement point at the IGBT chip position, and it supports a maximum junction temperature of 175°C with a case operating temperature range of -30°C to +125°C. It provides an analog temperature output (VOT) and accepts 3-5V logic inputs with Schmitt-triggered interfaces. The module meets UL 1557 safety standards and is rated for 2500 Vrms isolation. Junction-to-case thermal resistance is 1.3 K/W for the IGBT and 3.0 K/W for the free-wheeling diode per 1/6 module.
