Evaluation Board for Isolated Precision Gate Drivers Ideal for Fast-Switching Technologies Analog Devices’ EVAL-ADuM4120EBZ supports the ADuM4120 single-channel gate drivers with 150kV/usec CMTI, 2A peak drive output capability and low propagation delay (< 51 ns). ADI’s iCoupler® technology provides isolation between the input signal and the output gate driver. The eval board is populated with the ADuM4120ARIZ, which has 4.4V UVLO. The ADUM4120 provides operation with voltages of up to 35 V. The high common-mode transient immunity and robust drive strength makes the ADUM4120 an excellent fit for fast-switching technologies.
