The Econo-Heat™ Model 2929 is an electric box furnace designed for high-temperature applications, featuring a work area of 22" x 22" x 13.5". It operates at a maximum temperature of 2350 °F and is powered by 240 volts with a current draw of 45 amps. The furnace is constructed with 3" premium insulating firebrick and 1" fiber board, ensuring rapid heating and energy efficiency. It includes a user-friendly Sentry Xpress 4.0 Temperature Controller, which allows for easy programming with up to four programs and eight segments per program. The design incorporates recessed side wall grooves for element protection, promoting even heating and longer element life. The Model 2929 is suitable for various applications, including heat treating, glass annealing, and powder metallurgy. Custom modifications and larger models are available upon request.
