Alcoa’s Reflective White products have been specifically designed to meet the needs of the lighting sheet industry, and you can choose the desired formability and reflectivity to meet your exact requirements. Combining our aluminum processing expertise with our in-depth knowledge of the lighting market, we provide painted products that stand up to the demanding needs of interior fluorescent lighting applications. Alcoa starts with one of our specialized aluminum substrates, then applies a flexible thermoset polyester paint system. The result is two products that can accommodate a variety of metal working practices. White 91 is a premium product providing the highest reflectivity and formability for the most demanding applications. White 90 is designed for less stringent requirements where lower formability and reflectivity is acceptable.
