Fitoterm 150 CTE2 Thermal Shock testing cycles with two independent Hot/Cold chambers and electromechanical lift The thermal shock test chamber, Fitoterm 150 CTE2 has two independent chambers in the same chassis. The higher chamber supports heat tests up to +180°C, with heating by means of electrical resistances and air circulation. The lower chamber is for cold tests down to -80°C, with dynamic ventilation at +/- 2m/s for homogenization and uniformity of the temperature. The thermal shock test is accomplished by the transfer between the two chambers, using an electromechanical elevator, with a transfer speed of +/- 5 seconds. It also incorporates a slowing down mechanical system to eliminate the vibrations.
