The 110235 is a D-Sub size 8-pin plug connector designed for 75-ohm impedance applications up to 2 GHz, with a maximum insertion loss of 0.5 dB at 2 GHz. It features a brass body and ferrule, beryllium copper center contact and clip ring, and PTFE dielectric, with gold plating on the body, contact, and ferrule per MIL-G-45204, and nickel plating on the clip ring per QQ-N-290. The connector is rated for 1000 V rms operating voltage and 1500 V rms dielectric withstand voltage, with an insulation resistance of at least 3000 megohms. It weighs 2.55 grams and complies with RoHS standards. Installation requires the M22520/2-01 contact crimper and M22520/5-01 ferrule crimper with die set M22520/5-37. It meets MIL-DTL-24308 and IDS-16 standards.
