BLP0408H9S30 is a 30W LDMOS power transistor designed for broadband RF applications from 400MHz to 860MHz, used in broadcast, industrial, and medical transmitters. It is housed in a TO-270-2F-1 package with the source connected to the flange. The device operates with a drain-source voltage up to 108V and a maximum junction temperature of 225°C. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 1.7 K/W. It delivers 20.2 dB power gain and 62% drain efficiency at 714MHz with 30W output power under pulsed CW conditions. Integrated dual-sided ESD protection and high ruggedness are specified for class-AB operation.
