BLM6G22-30 is a 30W LDMOS 2-stage power MMIC designed for base station applications operating within the frequency range of 2100 MHz to 2200 MHz. It is available in two package types: a gull wing surface mount (SOT822-1) and a flat lead (SOT834-1). The amplifier provides a typical average output power of 2W with a power gain of 30 dB and an efficiency of 9% when operating in a 2-carrier W-CDMA mode at frequencies between 2110 MHz and 2170 MHz. The device features integrated temperature compensated biasing, excellent thermal stability, and ESD protection. It is suitable for broadband operation and is compliant with RoHS directives.
