The Stacking Connector, Receptacle, 300 Position, 1.27mm is part of the MEG-Array¬Æ Mezzanine Connector system, designed for high-density and high-speed applications. It features a 1.27mm x 1.27mm array of discrete circuit contacts, allowing for flexible ground distribution that optimizes signal integrity at speeds exceeding 10Gb/s. The connector supports a current rating of 0.45A per contact at a temperature rise of 30¬8C and can handle up to 2.0A for a single contact. This connector is suitable for surface mount PCB assembly and is available in various stack heights ranging from 4mm to 14mm, providing mechanical design flexibility. It has a durability rating of up to 200 cycles and meets Telcordia GR-1217-CORE and NPS-25298-2 reliability standards. The housing is made from liquid crystal polymer, and the contacts are constructed from copper alloy, with options for both SnPb and Pb-Free solder balls.
