BergStik® 2.54mm unshrouded headers are designed for Board-to-Board, Wire-to-Board, and Cable-to-Board interconnect solutions across various electronic applications. Available in surface-mount (SMT), through-hole (THT), press-fit, stacking, and pin-in-paste (PIP) configurations, these connectors feature a breakaway design that allows customization to specific lengths. The maximum current rating is 3A per contact, with an insulation resistance of 5000MOc minimum and a dielectric withstand voltage of 1500V. Constructed from high-temperature thermoplastic with a UL94V-0 flammability rating, the headers are RoHS compliant and suitable for reflow soldering processes. They are specified for up to 100 mating cycles and can accommodate various stacking heights, making them versatile for different applications. The connectors also include options for retention legs to enhance PCB attachment strength.
