The Minitek® Pwr 4.2 connector system is a dual-row vertical through-hole header designed for power applications with a current rating of up to 9 A per circuit. It is constructed with UL 94 V-0 rated nylon 66 or LCP housing, operates from -40 °C to +105 °C, and supports a voltage rating of 600 Vrms. The header features a positive locking mechanism, scoop-proof design, and fully isolated terminals to prevent damage during mating and operation. It is compliant with IEC 60335-1 for glow wire ignition and meets UL E66906 certification for dual-row variants. The terminal interface is compatible with 16-28 AWG wire ranges, and the mating cycle durability is rated for 30 cycles.
