The MHR-2522 is a fixed PCB terminal block with a pin spacing of 5.00mm, designed for reliable electrical connections in various applications. It supports a current rating of 15A at 300V and 16A at 450V, accommodating wire sizes from 30 to 14 AWG for stranded wires and up to 4.0mm¬= for solid wires. The terminal block features a screw-cage clamp design, which provides secure wire retention and is suitable for heavy-duty applications. Constructed from polyamide with a UL94V-0 flammability rating, the MHR-2522 is built to withstand temperatures up to 105¬8C. The screw size is M3, and the recommended torque for installation is 0.5Nm. The product is available in multiple pole configurations, with lengths ranging from 10.0mm to 110.0mm, making it versatile for different circuit designs. Choose either tubular screw clamps or box clamps when economy is paramount or screw-cage clamps for heavy-duty applications. In each case, simply strip and insert the wire and tighten the screw.
