The Xtra-Guard¬Æ Performance Cable, part number 87003CY, is designed for high-flex and high-torsion applications, making it suitable for use in motion control and robotics. It features a 24 AWG bare copper conductor with a nominal insulation wall of 0.016 inches made from TPES, and a polyurethane jacket with a thickness of 0.050 inches. The cable assembly includes three components twisted together with a minimum of four twists per foot, and is shielded with a tinned copper spiral shield providing 90% coverage. This cable is rated for a maximum voltage of 600 VRMS and operates effectively within a temperature range of -30 to 80¬8C for static applications, and -10 to 80¬8C for dynamic use. The product complies with various standards, including UL AWM/STYLE 20234 and CSA International, ensuring its reliability in industrial settings.
