The AOZ1915DI is a high-performance boost regulator designed for applications requiring a compact solution. It operates within a 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage range and can generate adjustable output voltages up to 22V. The device features a current-mode control mechanism, which facilitates easy loop compensation and provides fast transient response. It incorporates an internal MOSFET and Schottky diode, enhancing efficiency and reducing component count.
