AONS66917T is a 100V N-channel MOSFET optimized for fast-switching applications such as synchronous rectification in DC/DC and AC/DC converters and industrial motor drives. It is packaged in a DFN5x6 surface-mount case and rated for a continuous drain current of 185A at 25°C case temperature with a maximum on-resistance of <3.5mΩ at Vgs=10V and <5mΩ at Vgs=4.5V. The device is 100% UIS and Rg tested, supports a maximum junction temperature of 175°C, and complies with RoHS and halogen-free standards.
