AONS30306 is a 30V N-channel MOSFET designed for high-current applications such as ORing and e-fuse circuits. It is packaged in a DFN 5x6 format and features a maximum continuous drain current of 302A at 25°C with a typical on-resistance of less than 1.1mΩ at 10V gate-source voltage. The device supports a maximum junction temperature of 175°C and has been 100% tested for unclamped inductive switching and gate resistance. It complies with RoHS 2.0 and is halogen-free. Its junction-to-case thermal resistance is specified between 0.65 and 0.85°C/W, and it meets the AEC-Q200 qualification standard.
