AONS30302 is a 30V N-channel MOSFET designed for high-current applications such as ORing and e-fuse circuits, packaged in a DFN 5x6 surface-mount format. It has a maximum continuous drain current of 480A at 25°C case temperature and a typical on-resistance of less than 0.85mΩ at V_GS=10V and less than 4.6mΩ at V_GS=4.5V. The device supports a peak pulsed drain current of 900A, operates with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C, and is RoHS 2.0 and halogen-free compliant. It is 100% UIS and Rg tested, with a gate resistance ranging from 0.7 to 2.1Ω. Thermal characteristics include a maximum junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.46°C/W and a junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 40 to 50°C/W under steady-state conditions.
