Recombinant mouse RELM-beta was expressed in E. coli and purified to >97%. Purified protein is a disulfide linked homodimer of ~18 KDa consisting of two 83-aa chains. Mouse RELM-beta protein for Western blot +ve control is supplied in SDS-PAGE sample buffer (reduced). Load 10 ul/lane of RELMB26-C for good visibility with antibody Cat # RELMB21-S or RELMB21-A.
