Antigen
Human NPT1 is 465/467aa (chromosome 6) and mouse and rat 465 aa proteins. A 15 AA synthetic peptide (designated NPT11-P; control peptide) within the cytoplasmic, C-terminus of mouse Npt1 was synthesized, conjugated to KLH
SpCrossreactivity
The NPT11-P peptide is 93% conserved in 86% conserved in rat, 78% in human NPT1/Napi-4/NPT4, and 78% in rabbit Napi-1/NPT1. No significant sequence homology of NPT11-P is observed with other Pi-transporters (Type-II-IV) transporters. Antibody crossreactivity in various species is not established.
