Anti-Rat AVP V1a IgG #1, aff pure
General Information
AVP receptors are members of the G-protein coupled receptors with putative 7 transmembrane domains. The sizes of various AVP receptors are V1a (rat, 424 AA; human, 418 AA); V1b (rat, 421 AA; human, 424 AA); V2 (rat, 371 AA; human 371 AA). The N-terminus a

SpCrossreactivity
The 19 aa rat AVPV1A11-P has 100% sequence homology with rat AVP1a receptors (394, 395, and 424 aa), 84% with mouse, 68% with human, and 52% with sheep AVR-V1a receptors. However, no significant similarity is seen with AVP V1b or V2 or V3 receptors. Antibody crossreactivity of AVR-V1a antibody in various species is not known.
