Anti-mouse ATP binding cassette, subfamily G, member 1 (ABCG1) IgG #1, aff pure
General Information
ABCG1 a 678aa protein in human (chr 21q22.3), 666aa in mouse, predominantly expressed in many tissues, in the intracellular compartments mainly associated with endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi complex. It shows 26% sequence homology with ABCG2 protein. ABC
SugApplications
Most Antibodies are tested by ELISA and Western. Additional applications, such as IHC or IP may have been tested and will be listed in the product data sheets or published research papers using our products. Typically, antibodies are tested against the

Antigen
14-aa peptide from Mouse ABCG1 (Gene Accession # 64343) (1); Designation (ABCG11-P, control peptide /blocking peptide) conjugated to KLH
SpCrossreactivity
The Mouse ABCG11-P control peptide is 100% conserved in rat and 92% in human ABCG1. Antibody cross-reactivity in various species has not been studied. Control peptide, because of its low mol. Wt (<3 kDa), is not suitable for Western. It should be used for ELISA or antibody blocking experiments (use 5-10 ug control peptide per 1 ug of aff pure IgG or 1 ul antiserum) to confirm antibody specificity
