Hamster, Guinea Pig, Bovine, FBS, Goat, Rabbit, Sheep, Pig, Mouse, Rat, and Chicken serum IgM had less than 1% crossreactivity. The antibodies used in this test kit are against Rhesus monkey serum IgM. However, the antibodies are expected to cross react with IgM from most other related species (cynomolgus etc) of monkeys, though we have not tested against these other species. MSDS TMB (substrate), H2SO4 (1% in a buffered stop solution), and Prolcin-300 (0.1% v/v in standards, sample diluent and HRP-conjugates For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
