This kit has been designed and tested for mouse serum samples. Cross reactivity was tested with the following animal sera (haptoglobin) at dilutions of 1:100: Rat, Hamster, Guinea Pig, Rabbit, Chicken, Pig, Sheep, Bovine, Human, and Monkey serums all showed less than 1% cross reactivity
