ULTRA Series TRITC fluorescence filter set designed to provide bright, high-contrast images of TRITC-stained samples. This filter set is also ideal for obtaining high signal-to-noise ratios for TAMRA probes used in real-time qPCR. It is alternately an excellent fit for DsRed, RFP, R-PE, and all other similar fluorophores. ULTRA Series filter sets provide better overall performance than our standard filter sets by using a combination of tight wavelength control (typically ± 1.5 nm), ultra-steep edges, deeper blocking, and the industry’s highest transmission levels. They are also specified to produce zero pixel shift when filters are switched out in order to image multiple fluorophores in a single sample. All Alluxa optical filters are durable and hard-coated using our innovative SIRRUS™ plasma deposition process.
