Adjustable elastic band with a non-slip latch and stretch-woven design that eliminates rolling. The buckle is backed by a stainless steel contact plate. Conductive fibers are woven continuously through the interior surface of the band. The outer layer is non-conductive. Standard 4mm snap with a 1 megohm resistor in the tinsel-wire coilcord.
