Product Overview XtraForm S2000 is a formable conductive silver ink designed for printing on polycarbonate (PC) film before the forming process. It was developed for bonded sensor and In-Mold Electronics (IME) applications, as well as other integrated electronics and smart surface structures. XtraForm S2000 is compatible with XtraForm D6000 dielectric ink, enabling the printing of complex multilayer structures that can be formed and molded. Formable XtraForm S2000 is suitable for deep-forming processes, such as film insert molding (FIM) and in-mold electronics (IME), when used with XtraForm films. Printable XtraForm S2000 silver conductive ink can be screen printed using standard equipment. XMAPP Support Fully compatible with dielectric and carbon inks in the range, as well as XtraForm films, these inks are supported by our global technical teams.
