The AB1803-T3 is a real-time clock (RTC) from Quarktwin Technology Ltd. designed for ultra-low power applications, featuring a supply current as low as 14 nA with an RC oscillator. It operates within a voltage range of 1.5 to 3.6 V and supports an operating temperature range of -40 to 85 ¬8C. The device includes a 32.768 kHz crystal oscillator, programmable counters for timekeeping, alarm capabilities, and a countdown timer.
