Unexpected repair and downtime can become a real problem. Investing in an on-site Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP) offered by ABB reduces the likelihood of expensive repairs and also limits potential downtime.
ABB’s plans and services will provide benefits by extending the lifetime of your analyzer and by minimizing your operational cost. ABB’s comprehensive array of flexible plans and services will help protect your investment.
For added protection, consider an annual Preventive Maintenance Plan.
ABB’s PMP service plans are executed by factory certified service representatives to guarantee optimal quality. Furthermore, through regular contact with ABB service representatives, your personnel will acquire knowledge to operate and maintain your FT-IR instrument.
This plan is a low cost but comprehensive service plan. At your convenience, you can return the instrument to the ABB factory to have the yearly preventive maintenance done.
Also, ABB provides free remote support starting as soon as your analyzer is delivered to your facility.
Support includes:
(Note that ABB will not develop software applications or chemometric models over the phone).
ABB has formulated a number of functional service plans that can be used to make a Support Agreement (Service Contract) for your FT-IR analyzer.
This will give you a one year agreement that is tailored to your specific needs and budget. Our service plans range from basic service to total care combinations. Consider a multi-year agreement to get a significant discount.
