The PTFE Rotameter model F3E-F10-01-TF-A from Aalborg Instruments is designed for high-purity applications and is suitable for use with corrosive liquids. It features a maximum flow rate of 13 L/min (3.5 GPM) and is constructed entirely from chemically inert materials, including PTFE, PFA, and PCTFE. The flow meter is available in a 1/2" FNPT connection and can be ordered with or without a built-in valve for flow control. This model has an accuracy of ¬±5% of full scale and operates under a maximum temperature of 250 ¬8F (121 ¬8C) and a maximum pressure of 100 psig (6.7 bars). Each unit is individually tested for leak integrity, certified to a rating of 1 x 10^{-7} sccs of Helium, ensuring reliability in sensitive applications. The flow meter also includes a removable protective shield and is designed with PTFE end fittings and PCTFE guide rods for enhanced durability.
