The MV1000 is a medium voltage AC drive for industrial motor control, supporting output voltages up to 4.16 kV and power ratings up to 10,000 HP with parallel units. It offers V/f, open loop vector, and closed loop vector control with a frequency range of 0.01 to 120 Hz and 0.001 Hz resolution. Speed control accuracy is ±0.02% in closed loop mode with a 50 Hz response. Protection includes electronic thermal overload, momentary overcurrent, overvoltage above 1035 VDC, undervoltage below 300 VDC, and ride-thru for power interruptions under 2 seconds. Operating ambient temperature is -5°C to +40°C, up to 2000 m altitude without derating. Communications support includes EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, PROFIBUS DP, and PROFINET. The drive is UL/CSA listed with documented reliability at 0.01% internal assembly failure rate.
